To register, please complete the form on this page and include your proof of purchase (receipt). We only collect the information needed to verify your product and support you if a warranty issue ever arises.

All warranty claims must be submitted by email to warranty@mjrhomesolutions.ca.
Please include the product in question and a short but detailed explanation of the issue. Clear photos or a brief video can also help us assess your claim quickly and accurately.

We want to make sure you’re well supported and that your experience with us stays positive. We take a practical, fair approach to every claim and aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
